I have found some nice (cheap) WordPress templates, (http://www.10-sites-a-month.com/catalog/index.php/cPath/53)
Would it be possible to (easily) convert them to TBS2 templates?

Possible - yes, easy - no. Wordpress templates are spread into more files, lot more complex then BS. It would be simpler to make a new template, or adapt some norma site template.
