when i write to  this feed :

then after this he give me the link for the modify rss like this:
http://xxxxxxx(i erase the name of my site)/rss.php?source=rss&feed=http%3A%2F%2Fnews.search.yahoo.com%2Fnews%2Frss%3Fp%3D%23keyword%23%26ei%3DUTF-8&rewrite=Sample+Dictionary.1.csd&sentences=1

but when i try to give it to rssevolution its tell me that its not correct.
also when i try to modify this link

in the resulted feed manaully change %23 with #, so when you add the feed to RSSE it will be ..etc..#keyword#..etc and not ..etc..%23keyword%23..etc
