RSSMagician and spiders

Sorry for the following dim query.  
The product/software looks great and works really easily.
I have been reading that certain forms of RSS feeds can not be "read" by spiders so it would not matter if the feeds/data was duplicate or not.
But RSS magician is html so...it can be read by spiders ?
Which means  it doesnt need a  RSS to HML PHP script like some rss feeds to enable spiders to "see" the feed.

Yeah, some display news rss feeds on the sites with JAVA, and this can not be read by the spiders... but if you use something like RssMagician and create your sites in htm, html or php then they can be read with out problems by the spiders and therefore you need them re written to avoid dup content..

RSSM is not html, is xml, as it outputs rss feeds itself too, get some feed as input, manipulate it and output another feed.

So you do ned a rss 2 html script to make it available to spiders, and that has to be php, as a java based one will not work, as tom said too.
