I can't get it to work with WP-O-Matic Sad

I get "Please use a valid feed"

This is what my feed looks like:http://domain.com/install/rss.php?source=rss&feed=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.feeddomain.com%2Frss_5.xml&rewrite=Sample+Dictionary.csd

Any ideas?

delete "+" from "Sample+Dictionary.csd" and use.

Perfect - that works

I spoke with Omar and he said I probably have an older version of rssm so I have also downloaded the latest.

Thanks for the help

OK - it seems that with the url is generated the '+' makes the feed not validate:

http://www.domain.com/rssm/rss.php?source=articles&from=1&for=word&rewrite=Sample+Dictionary.csd&words=1&contentappend=sample+text+1.txt

I have downloaded the latest version of the script and it gives the '+' in the feed.

I'm not complaining, as I don't mind deleting them - just confirming what teknoline said Smiley

I see.. hmm.. well.. i don't think is rssM fault though. The + is a character that is allowed in URLs and often used, specially in tagging urls. Maybe that plugin have some probems or forgot to add a rule to valiadate urls with + too.

I will talk to our programmers though and see if we should maybe use another character instead of +, like underscore, dash, dot.. If that will help.

Yea.. till then, you can just rename the file from Dictionary Sample.csd to DictionarySample.csd or anything else.. just not use filenames with spaces
