Do I need to edit something in those lines in rss.php ?
What info are the lines expecting?

Only if you want to. That is channel details.. any feed has to have it. Usually that info is not parsed, it only has to exist.

Each of those lines can contain small text between "" except the link line, that has to contain some URL.
