what controls the size of the websites rssevo creates.  I pretty much figured it was going to be a page per key word but after creating my first page with a lot of keywords its like 1/6 the size and it never created an index page.  is there a setting i can set so that its a page per keyword?

The size is not really controlled with a special settings but influenced by number of keywords, number of feed sources which can lead to more or less results. If you used lot of long tail keywords, or similar, it is possible that some of the keywords did not pulled any content, or same keywords pulled same content so pages are less then keywords. As well as they can be lot more then keywords if for each keywords the resulted feeds has more items.

As about the index page, make sure you checked the box "create index" and setup a keyword for the index.
