I plan to re-vamp the generator, but if I don't get technical support for the product I paid for, I may have to develop a template generator for someone else's product instead.
Maybe Traffic EQ or Article Dashboard.
Here's a copy of the email I just sent out. Maybe affecting pre-sales in the forums and stirring up interest in their recent support among existing clients will wake them up (it's pissing me off at this point).

What the hell is going on? Four(4) days and no response. We've had much
success working together in the past, but this is seriously pissing me off
and holding up my generation of sites, which is affecting revenue from
AdSense.
Is an email back really so much to ask for? I have tried calling, emailing
all of you, and also posted publicly in your support forums, yet nobody can
manage to get back to me.
All I need is a friggin code ...just send me my code and we'll call it a
day. I was recommending your products to many people I know generating
AdSense sites, but am hesitant now since I am seeing how technical support
is being handled over at Half Again.
BTW ...I work in John's Landing ....would it help if I dropped by in person
to confront you face to face? ...just wondering.
This is seriously pissing me off.
