What makes you think he used rsse for those sites? It does not really look like rsse to me. It has no content at all on those pages, just links and adsense. Just because it uses sitemap-0.php is not really enough to say is rsse.

Although, that would be possible if used custom dynamic rss feeds, created with CS maybe. For example, make a CS feeds with some small text or even no text at all, and only a title like [keyword]. Using that feeds in RSSE would replace the title with an actual keyword from the list, and as it shows in the feed item title, will be used as filename for generated pages.

yes, i also think he use cs to use the excact feeds name that he want.
