how much keywords its good to give?

i want to know - how much keywords its good to give to all this sort of site genaretors?
i had 20 domains and 8 of them banned by google, i think because i opened a lot of subdomains and open a lot of pages in little time.
can someone tell me how much is good?

Hmm hard to say, I dont use sub domains very much and I find it pretty good to start wiht something like a few hundered pages on each domain for a start..
