How do I control keywords | keyword stuffing

Hi all!

Since the RSS feeds are so closely targetted to our keywords isn't there a danger of our keywords going over the acceptable limits for the SEs? For example my main keyword is "soccer tricks" and both soccer and tricks are each over 12% which is way above what is considered acceptable.

How can I measure and change this % BEFORE publishing?

Using text units in the proper RSSE tab, with some related text snippets that will be randomly used, but without having any keywords. So you will have more content on each page making the kw % go lower.
