as i try to enter it in evolution.

That may be a part of a RSSM feed but is not the whole feed. It needs to have a continuation after &feed=

The RSS Suite works as the filter between any RSS feed (or article source) and any of your applications which support RSS. To get the new RSS feed you need to perform 3 easy steps: Tune where to get content from, what manipulations to perform and then generate the URL of your new RSS feed.

You probably did not setup rssm properly. In order to output a feed rssm needs at least one feed as input, so it has something to manipulate, or select the option to grab articles from directories. It just looks like you try to manipulate a feed without actually inputting the source or check the proper box in Content source
