Paypal Destoyed My Business

I am looking into people who have had their business damaged by Paypal.

Here's my paypal horror story: Apirl 27 account Lock or limits is what they call it ...
Limits means I can do nothing on my paypal account cannot
accpet payment or give payments.

My business is based on paying people for blog reviews and receiving payment from advertiser to get blog reviews.

Paypal does not even care to speak with you about anything .
I call and those people say we have nothing to do with that part of account being in limits ...

So guess what more dispute keep popping up everyday ..

I email Paypal are you guy stupid ? (Understand after 5 phones call to them and 15 emails wthout help I am loosing my cool ) The dispute Paypal are because you locked my account and cannot pay these people..


OH! my whole business is dead my site is down becaus ethe host was paid by paypal. The last dispute said he heard we were out of business !!!


Lawsuit against paypal for damages  I got one piece of info from paypal that all this was because someone purchased with a fruad credit card ?
What that's our fault ?  


So tell me anyone felt the paypal pain ?

That ****s but i doubt a lawsuit will do any good. They surely have some of tose "we are not liable for anything" terms that you had to agree with when joined. We had our account locked also for some short time, not sure why, but opened after contacted them, but we do not rely on paypal too much. Maybe because i heard such stories before..

I love Paypal, because i made a $1000 thru them.

I had an old Paypal account with no money in it. I kept getting these emails about doing some online wrk, Blah Blah, they will send me money and i need to forward it to Western Union account but can keep like $200.
So i agreed got the $1000 in my account, immediately transfered it into my bank account, got it clearded. They guy who send it , send 2 emails with Western Union details in Russia where i need to send the money.

Then came the paypal email saying there is fraudulent activity on my account and someone used a fraudulent credit card and they want to do an investigation.  So the account got suspended.

Told paypal what happened and pleaded inocent, told them i already send the money to the people in Moscow, told the people in Moscow, Paypal suspended my account and i cant send them the money.

End of story - got $1000 and Paypal account suspended.
Opened a new account day later with different credit card and been using that ever since -that was about 2 years ago
