Software not responding

I have the software installed and set up a category. I did 'grabnpush' and set up a rule with amazon. It connected and gave me the wrong entries for what I selected. I tried selecting it again and then it sat loading and never stopped. After 10 minutes I closed the window and attempted a reload and now the software will not let me delete the rule that was created. I tried setting up another rule with toys as the keyword. I then clicked on toys in the source node and the results were car elecrtonics, home theater, marine electronics, security surveillance - all adult consumer electronics and I have tried various ways to get toys and nothing will show up. What's wrong and what can I do to fix this. I can't put anything from Amazon in the store. I have the most current software and plugins.
