Hello guys...

I just want to say few things about how to get help (this is pretty much same as i wrote in another post but looks like need to be added here too).

Some of you where screaming after me, asking why am i hiding and why i am not solving your problems.. Some even supposed we are out of business. Well.. we are not out of business, i am not hiding and i do solve all problems i can solve.

This forum was made that users with more experince to help users with less experince, is not a ticket system, where you ask and i reply.

I can't read all the threads and all the posts and even if I could, you can't leave too much info on the forum, and I can't reply to posts like "I need help, i can't install" or "My store stopped working". I need to know the domain, access to admin area, maybe ftp sometime, to check indeed if is a problem with SS or just with your server or even your local computer (browser problems, firewall problems, etc)

So.. if you really need my pesonal help, email me (support [at] halfagain [dot] com).. but please, please.. don't exagerate.. Try to get/find an answer here, try to read through the pdf manuals, watch movie tutorials (http://storestacker.com/videos.html)

80% of the emails i get have answers in the readme file, manuals, videos or here in forum, but many people just jump on and post in forum or send help emails before go through documentation or try search for an answer.

Now.. few things about when you really need to email me:

- try to describe the problem, what you try to do, what errors you get (if any), what you expect to happend and what is really happend (or not happend at all)
- try to put all data in one email, instead of emailing me every 10 minutes with more info that you discovered.
- try to give me as much info as u can: domain name, access to manage area, maybe even ftp so i don't have to ask again

And when you get an answer from me, try to post it here too.. not leave that thread open and look like your problem was never solved. I still see many issues posted here that also been send by email, but even though all got some reply, nothing was added here.

Thanks
