Is StoreStacker Support dead? Has Omar left the company?

Christmas greetings.

I must say I'm quite disappointed at the glaring lack of responses in this help forum over the past few months.

Has Omar left the company as I have not seen any responses from him to any thread here. My own question on widgets has gone unanswered for months, even after sending PMs to Omar directly.

Is StoreStacker dead? Has the company stopped supporting it?

Has anyone received any support from the company (from Omar or anyone else) recently?

The community/peer support seems to be here still, but is unfortunately not enough for technical issues that are affecting us.

Has anyone emailed me/support and not got a reply? (except for a guy i know that has some email issues and looks like not getting emails even if sent from gmail).

Forum supposed to allow people help other people, share their experience, collaborate, brainstorm, etc. If it supposed to be a "one man show" place, we could just make a FAQ section with ticket system, not a forum. I have made a sticky thread about this issue, so there is no misunderstanding.

If this helps, I will be the last one abandoning the ship
