I need help installing on my server.

I have followed the tutorial in manual1.pdf from the tutorials page. I thought I followed the instructions well but can't seem to get it loaded.
I must be missing something. I uploaded the zip file to my server in public html then moved it to my domain I am using, created a folder, and moved it to the folder. Then, I unpacked the zip file. I changed the permissions, created a mysql database and user, and connected them. When I go to the url I get this error message that says a zend optimizer has not been installed. What is that? Why is that on my website? What am I missing in this setup process?

You are missing (actually your host is missing) the Zend Optimizer, that is a server side software (free one), which is one of listed SS server requirements
