Has anybody integrated SS with their own shopping cart?  To make it look like the sale is coming from my site?

Since you are an affiiliate, you can not do that. You need to sell own products to have own cart.

I think Amazon has a setup where the "button" at your affiliate site will act as an "Add to Cart" at their site.
Log into their Affiliate Area and look around for it.
