ebay items not showing up

I have loaded everything up and setup ebay but all  I get on my site is no photo and no products, it shows three listings on the page but no info and no photo there should be plenty of listings as it’s for gibson guitars. On my other sites that are built with other software I can pull in all the different guitars in categories by inputting the category number from ebay, but does seem to do this on this software. I only bought this software to add all the additional page which my other does not do. Anybody have any ideas
