I set up my store with main categories and sub-categories.  However, the sub-categories are not showing up and when I click on a main category, it is giving me a "404 Not Found" page error.  What could be the problem.  This is happening in the admin area and on the live site.

It is probably a htaccess issue. Email me the domain name and ftp access.

 Sad Omar, I need your help -- my store is doing the same thing -- is not creating pages in the categories section.  Gives the 404 -- not found error.

Please help -- I am under a time crunch to get this website done!

Files are not creating in the categories section.
When selecting a category it comes up with 404.
 I noticed after installation that there is no directory folder  .../categories/1/demo-category/ 
I even build the folders in the directory manually and tried but  then get 403.
