Have watched videos checked every bit of info on board, uploaded in binary, have had my hosting checked etc....

Had two other people try to install it- same problem.
I even tried it on different hosting- same problem.

Get blank page on install-Is there something wrong in your zend optimizer config?

It's definitly nothing I'm doing wrong here...can I get some advise here or will have no choice but to ask for a refund?

You shoud make ABSOLUTELY sure you upload in binary mode. Send me an email or pm with ftp access if you still have problems.
