I can't seem toget any of the training videos to work in either Internet Explorer or Firefox and I have tried them on more than one machine.

They all seem to ground to a halt about 60-90 seconds into them and then just hang. Is there anyway we can download them onto a hard drive and look at them offline etc?

This seems like a cool solution (if it still works but reading comments made on various forums about Blogsolution being a "busted flush" I am not too sure now especially in the light of unworkable videos etc) so I was rather dissappointed to find this.

Go on chaps, prove me wrong that this still is an application to kick some serious butt? Wink

I have the same problem. was told "never heard of that before" in response to emailed question. Now I find your thread with this exact problem. Add to your list, Opera and Chrome browsers across two different computers. The videos always stop at exactly the same point regardless of browser or machine.

Found a workaround... Open up the Adobe Flash Player outside of a browser, then input the url for the video training page; ie http://www.theblogsolution.com/movies/install.html . Now peel back the extension ie ".html" and replace it with ".swf" That will play associated video direct streamed to your flash player. The only excetion is the "mysql.html" page where the file name is "mysql3.swf"

Must be some sort of a problem in the newest flash player that is causing a conflict with every browser I've tried (and only on halfagain.com's videos- nowhere else- even weirder), but I have no idea what it is and don't want to take the time to figure it out. I just wanna see the dang videos...

I had a successful workaround solution and posted it. For some reason, my post was marked as spam and deleted... There WAS a spelling error, but other than that, nothing objectionable; the only link was just a link to one of the training videos...

might have been the live link, so i will try again... open up Adobe Flash Player outside of a browser, and then input the url for the page the video is on. One change that you need to make is the extension ("html") needs to be changed to "swf". That's it except on the mysql video, the ending is mysql3.swf

There is also a link to a youtube channel on the tutorials page now, so you can watch it there if you have any issues.
