I was reading through the blueprint and want clear one point. It said ~50 blogs per domain is safe and under radar. My question is
Should these 50 blogs on same topic and keyword domain or mutiple topics on general domain?
Also advise blog farming is against the google adsense TOS?

To start with the end, anything automated, claoked, generated is kinda against google TOS. This does not mean that we should comply 100% with their TOS
50 blogs is just what i personally think is pretty ok, it can groe to few hundreads easily, but not since day one.. make 300 blogs as batch and activate one every few days. You will grow in a year, but should not rise any flags.
Anyway, 50 on same topic or 50 on different topics is a matter of choice.. I'd personally make like 2-3 groups of 25-15 blogs or so, interlinking only inside the group and use 2-4 words keywords for the blogs.
You can use batch here too, start 1ith like 10 active and activate 1-2 more every few days...
