I think I built my first web site about 5 years ago, for an organization I did volunteer work for. I've been hooked ever since! Playing with new tools is like an addiction with me. I have to have the latest and greatest of everything. Then I get bored and move on to the next best thing!

Yes!

I have people ask me all the time if it's easy to make money building websites. I give them the typical politician answer. "Well, in some ways it's very easy, and some ways it's very difficult!"

I often think this is the easiest money I've ever made. But just like everything else, there is a learning curve. I went months before I was making anything but pennies. I couldn't figure out why 1,000 sites could earn a total of $5 a day in revenue!

But once you get it figured out, it's pretty easy.

People will only post 90% of what they know on these forums. They will help up to a certain point, but you always need to figure some out by yourself.

You also need to stay limber, and be willing to change with the times. SE's change every day, and what worked great last month may be dead next month.
