Hi. I know that BS is good to get my pages indexed quickly, but i want to know it's good to get my blogs or blog pages higher, with some low competition keywords and getting backlinks.

If you will use good content it can help with that too. If you will rely entirely on yahoo news feed or other overused sources it will probably not rank too good.

Yes, you can. I assume there are other tools or services that manipulate and make content unique, but i honestly don't know any that can make rss feeds so can be used in BS
