Blogger Blogs Alexa Rank Confusion

I have about 20 blogger.com blogs that I've created and am slightly puzzled by some of the alexa ranks I'm getting. Some have their own rating, usually 2,000,000 or so to start with, some have 'no data', which I assume means they are not indexed yet, but the thing thats confusing me is that some actually have the same alexa rank as blogger.com i.e. 16. It doesn't seem to bare any relation to how long they have been created. Any ideas? I have tried getting this answered on several blog forums but either nobody wants to answer or maybe nobody knows the answer!
