Has anyone used aged domains - expiring domains with PR and links  to build BS sites?

To older domains get indexed faster/better?

Can they take more links than new sites?

Bottom line - has anyone used an older domain and have you noticed  a difference from newly registered ones?

Thanks

I did one test recently (not to test an aged domain but just happened to be older) and looked like PR was earned faster (from 2 to 4). May been a coincidence though.

Hmmmmm....they cost 3X as much as regular domains, minimum, but if the Serps like them more spending the money upfront may be worth it.

A fast PR 2 to PR 4 sounds good to me.
