Hard Hyperlink To Outside Content

I want to link to my wordpress blog from the main navigation area.

How can I do this?

-> looked a the url of static pages in MySQL but this is no good: only the page name is there, not the url.
-> thought about putting a redirect tag in a static page so I checked "show source" in the editor but the show source option doesn't show the source!
-> I thought about creating a real page with the static page url and redirecting from there but that would require creating a directory called "pages" which would cock up the other static pages.

Is there any way at all to put a link in a storestacker store to anything but automatically generated storestacker content?

At this time the only way to do it is to hard code it on the template, like home and search are hard coded.
