The best improvement I can think of for BS & CS is to offer HELP.

One of you guys asked for opinions on Clickbank, so obviously you want to sell a lot more copies of your products, but with the level of help you offer on using your products, I'll be honest and tell you I don't promote them because the refunds would outway the sales, not making it worthwhile.

OK, these products are for advanced users, but let's face it guys, if you want to sell more copies of these products (and you do) then all you have to do is make them more user friendly.

You're missing the boat bigtime by not helping people learn to use your products effectively. Me for example - I'm a busy guy, and website developement is only a small portion of my online income. I earn most of my online income from trading currencies. Adsense income (even at $400-500 a day) is peanuts compared to other stuff I'm doing, but it's in my blood to do this stupid website building because that's where I started.

Here's how you can improve your products:
[*]Write a proper bloody help book. Make it very detailed with screen shots, showing every step of the instalation process and how to configure both apps to make them work. Include problems you know people will encounter with various hosting companies
[*]Make Camtasia video's available for members showing how to perform each part of the setup, including template tweaks (yeah, I know you got video's already, but lets have more
[*]Make Camtasia video's to show users how to edit and change existing templates, or even go so far as to making a video showing how to fit BS into a users existing website template's
[*]Make a user manual covering how to use Content Solution properly, including how it can be used to supply content to White Hat websites. Content Solution is potentially a bigger seller than BS

Wonder whether any of this was addressed... or whether it was even read for that matter?

I think they already have very good video tutorials that even my grandma can understand, though I noticed some of the promised features are not working...
