when creating blogs by keywords, there is no feed entry i saw, so what content gets posted?

also, is RSS the only content that it can use?

can it read article files, like the kind with #TITLE# etc tags made for RSS2BLOG, or generated by articleminer, etc

The feed entry will be created by from "feed template" list, that you need to have when you add the blogs.

Yes, only RSS is suported.

We work on a small and smart script that will create a RSS feed from any type of content, so you will be able to make your custom RSS feeds to work with BS from any kind of files.
