It was mentioned in another thread, but maybe some people are still unaware of it: If you want to use Google Adsense on your site, you MUST have a privacy policy on your site, available for all your visitors.

If you don't already have one, you can use this one.

It is an example and should be modified to your needs. If you're not sure wether it is right for you, you should get some legal advice.
