Moving Store

I have fully configured my store at http://mydomain.com/Store.
I would like to move it to http://mydomain.com where the top level may be the rss feeds and the videos and the store subdirectory only being the ebay and amazon links.
Can I move this without having to do a complete reinstall? If I do need to reinstall, will I have to set up all of the categories and keywords again?

Hi... this is an excellent question, as I've also wanted to do this. But, not wanting to start over with all the work that's gone into it.... looking forward to replies on this.
