Hi everyone and/or anyone!!  As with alot of folks I am new to this forum and product. I watched the video's , did the install , read the txt files....  I have been trying to upload text files for use...

1) In the Import File there was a txt file that said it was empty.... I deleted it...but maybe I shouldn't have.  The file wasn't empty and is it needed to make the import function work properly?

2) After ftp'ing txt files into the import folder I returned to the program and selected the text option for bringing content into the software and I clicked on the start button and waited...and waited ....and waited...   The batch never materialized and thus far have not been able to upload any text files...

Any ideas on what I could of done incorrectly?

Any help would be appreciated...

ps.. I did search the forum for this type of query and found none...so I hope this isn't a duplicate query..

thanks...

jb
