Here are they :-

1. Can we call CS rss feeds with a query string. Blogsolution does this but can this be done like through browser or a php script. Just like the technorati feed url ;- http://feeds.technorati.com/feed/posts/tag/[keyword]

2. What to do if you have a proper real word like this:- [rules] in the article with the brackets and you want the brackets to appear in the final article. Now CS rewriter would take this as tag. What can be done so it does not get taken as a tag. When I try to put the value of tag [rules] as [rules], I am getting this additional thing in the article besides [rules] appearing in the article "- onmouseout="kill()" onclick="goedit.

Kindly Help.
Thanks.

1. yes you can, but you will have to use a special variable named [keyword] in CS, that BS will replace with actual keyword of the blog when get the content. You just need to add &keywords={keyword} and the end of cs rss feed before add it as a source in BS

2. Since [someword] is not very used in articles, or can be replaced with smth else, that is a reserverd syntax. Why don't you try just (rules)? It will create no conflicts.
