I've read many posts about this topic and unable to find an 2answer. Maybe there is more than one. Would like to know.
Just got CS.
Should I run rss and rssm too with CS?

You can't run rssm with cs. How would you do that ?!
You can though use the CS feeds with rsse and create static sites/pages from the feeds.

Well.. think about what CS does, and what RSSM does.
RSSM takes input rss feeds (or grab articles from directories), make some manipulations and output another feed.
CS is lot more complex, but basicly take as input some text, rewrite it, and output another text in various forms (text files, html files, rss feeds)
I don't see any way they could work together.
