Parse search engine, article directories & Rss feeds NOT WORKING

Hello, i've install CS2 conform the guide. No errors, all went ok during installation.
I've chmod the 2 directories to 777 also
after logging i tryed to pull out some content from diffrent sources but non worked.

i enter a keyword, select 1 source (or more)...hit go...and i wait...and nothing happens, it loades the nice loading animation but that's it

(any known issues with this host?)

Yep, that makes 3 who had issues on hostgator.

The simple solution would be to reinstall on a new host, but that is unlikely to be easy since your license is only good for one install before having to email support and wait for a day (so far stil waiting) while being ignored.

C'mon guys. I have things to do and not wait on you. If you want to sell tools for hundreds, there might be someone every now an then who makes a living with this shit who may buy your tool and doesn't have all day to fish around while your tool doesn't work, and no help is provided to make it work.

i see someone posted and the post got deleted...

This is the 5th day since i called the ticket and no one bothered to answer it.
Not even a we are working on it, We got your message and will going to take care of it....Nothing!

Well at least i get an idea what to expect from the future support service. The worst part is that almost half of my trial period went away and i'm not sure if i'll get that back but i'm sure i'll get the bill on time.
