I created a rss feed from several articles with CS. I took one of those and exported it to html.

I got the URL for rthe article and when linked displays and works great.

Question is: how to apply .css or reformat that page in the website.

If you already generated the htmls, you will need to edit them and add the style code manually. It should be in an external css file, so is just a line that has to be added in the section. That would be same for any other formatting, open html in some editor and do what you want to do.

Is it possible to take the URL output by CS and link it in a website so that when refreshed the article(s) will be dynamic and rewrite?

I get how to do them individually, your input was valuable.

Yes. The simplest way is to use Plain text option when export the CS work (and not rss feed) then use a wherever you want the cs text to show in the pages (you need to have .php files or edit htaccess to allow php parsing in .html files too)
