Hi,

I am still confused with the working of rss feed created from

CS.

Let say I have 1 group of 10 articles. I re wrote them and

downloaded into rss feed format. Does it mean in that rss feed

now contains only 10 newly spun articles? When I use it in the

Blog Solution blog, that means I only have 10 articles, am I

correct? How to add more articles to that rss feed just created?

Is it possible to create 1000 spun articles from 10 articles in

1 rss feed?

Please kindly help me to understand it.

Thank you.

Hi there

Each time you use (visit/load) the rss-feed it will show a spunn article from the once you entered.. so if one of the 10 articles you added has 1000 different outputs (it will have alot more then that.. just a nummber here..) and the other 9 have the same, then you have 1 000 000 articles from the 10 you added in cs...
You with me?

Thanks for your explanation Tomtom.

I am still a bit lost though, here is what my understanding about rss feed from content solution. I better write down each step I do to get rss feed output.

Firstly, I add a new article to the Rewriter. I click for the content to be automatically add [tags] and suggest values, save it in "test" channel. Now I have 1 article in the rewriter which has 80 tags/691 values. Followed by the second article with 77 tags/794 values therefore now I have 2 original articles spun in "test" channel.

For the purpose of my learning process and understanding, I only use 2 articles in test channel.

Secondly, I choose rss feed as the output for this "test" channel. After clicking the rss feed button it brings me to the next page (RSS Feed/Set keywords, LSA Linkage, Additional features). Under "Additional features" I choose "Export" 1 versions of each selected article. (Here, I am not sure how many versions to use, please enlighten me).

Once I hit OK, then I get the RSS Feed URL address from content solution. When I check the URL in a browser it only shows 2 spun articles only. This is the part makes me confused. If it only contains 2 articles in this RSS Feed, then how possible to get 1000 articles?

That's why I asked in above post how to add more articles to the abovementioned RSS Feed just generated from content solution?

Pardon me from my lack of understanding, RSS is quite new thing to me.

Thank you to anyone who cares to help me understand it, especially to Tomtom:)

Ok, so when you se the 2 articles, hit "refresh" on your browser and you will see the next 2, hit refresh again and you will see the next 2, and so on and so on.. OK? Smiley
