Trying to upgrade to the new release. Uploaded all files, over-writting old files.

When I enter my order #  to go to step 2, I get the error "You didn't buy licenses for this product"

Any help appreciated to get this resolved.

First class support - The problem was me using the wrong order#. Omar resolved this for not long after posting here!
