cs +rsse - the keywords in the url

how can i make that the url will be hte same of the keyword that i want to target in the page
like if i wantt o target "blue widget" so o want that the url will be with blue_widget.html
can i make it

In CS article, when you use html code, for the anchor text use [keyword^last], so the last value [keyword] took whenever mentuone din the project, will be also used for the link anchor text

but the output is only index page and sitpmap and page without name

please help me - i must to make the keywords in the url - it is very good for seo
