I want to create articles (200-600 words) in CS and somehow automatically post them once or twice per day into a WordPress blog so that it looks like it is being updated by a real person on a daily basis.
Any ideas on how to go about this?

There is some WP plugin that does automatic posts from rss as i remember. Maybe more where created. Otherwise you will need some third party script like rss2blog.

I use something called "WPScript".. it works excellent, you add the rss-feed, and say what category you want it under and how oftne it should post... I also use another one that is a plug in to wordpress but I dont remember the name now, will have a look around my files to see if I can find it now...

You can go into one of your WP installs and look up the plugin instead of digging through your HD. Would this be the plugin? http://www.cmsnx.com/product.demo.php?id=10

Found it,
WP-o-Matic
really good little thing.. you add an rss feed and then add how often it should look for new content on that rss-feed.. 1 hour, 2 hours and so on.. Use it with a realy good CS feed and you will never have to vistit your site again.. just build new sites!

I just plugged this thing in and it seems to work fairly well when reading RSS from another of my sites (for testing purposed only). This is my concern without trying it out first... I create an RSS feed in CS2... Add the link into WP-o-Matic... How does it keep getting new posts? From my small test above, it only grabbed a single post. Will it grab one post per day from all, say, 200 articles CS2 generated until exhausted?

Hi When you added your rss feed you also added how often it should fetch new content from it in hours ( it is the little box under the where you add the feed..) so if you added "2" then it will pull a new article every 2 hours.. every 2 hours untill you stop it.. CS does not run out of articles .. if it dosent do that, then you havent added the nummber in that box, go back to your wordpress and under options/WPoMatic add it... it will work And yes, it only takes the latest post in your rss feed each time.. so you only get one article for each "update".. Hmmm. There seems to be an issue with this plugin. It burps on CS2 output (invalid RSS). If it is cleaned up through Feedburner it seems to work.

Tomtom Hi, did you look into what needs to be tweaked for the feed to work with WP O-matic?
