I have installed content solution to my public_html folder in binery and set CHMOD to 777.When I point my browser to: http://incomeonlineblog.com/contentsolution2/install.php which is my site, I actual site pops up with a 404 message saying page can not be found.

I am 100% sure that I have followed the installation instructions up to this point.Can anyone please assist?
Not sure what the problem is.

check you DNS records for www.incomeonlineblog.com
doesnt look like they are correct to me
