I have sent several emails and PM's and still can't get into my membership at thecontentclub. My username is sgovoni. Will someone please let me in? I have email my receipt 3 times already with no answer.

Not sure who you PM, but it wasn't me. I have no PM from you, i just replied all a few min ago.

Your account is not active currently because last rebill (that shold have been made around 8th Aug) failed and never updated.

Just because it was some misunderstood in your case does mean support is as bad as you want to imply. I didn't got almost 2000 posts here just writing my memories. As you see things can be solved pretty fast when enough details are given, which you didn't.
