I've uploaded The Blog Solution to a domain name and the first issue is that their admin wants me to # out the first line of .htaccess.
When I do that, I just get server error messages.

The second issue is that I guess that the first line is there for a reason - if the host wants me to # it out, should I change hosts?

I don't know if this is relevant, but the host does not offer SSL or static IP addresses

Your help would be much appreciated

Many thanks

Bas

I tried another domain name with a different host - installed right away!

So, don't try installing this on any site hosted by one.com
