Hi, what is the best way to edit the source of an individual blog? I want to change some of the text to capital letters.

It depends on where the text is coming from. If is text from actual post body, you need to edit the post content. Go to blogs list, go to blog where that post is, list all posts there and edit the one you need. If the text comes from template though, you will need to edit the template file, and that will make the change apply to all blogs using the template
