i want to know does blog solution dont work on shared hosting?
becuse its expensive to me vps hosting.

Depends what you want to do. The script can run on share host too, but if you plan to create some 1000s blogs, you may not be able to handle it. The script will work, but the resources will need will not exist. If you just create some 100 blogs, should be fine.
