Blog Solution 4 is not installed...

I've followed all the instructions but still got this error message...

Error: 0: Connection failed to the host localhost.
The BlogSolution is not installed.

I'm sure I've done it all correctly...had installed blog solution 3 on a different domain...
but when it comes to blog solution 4, I always got this message.

Why did this error occur? Please reply immediately. Huh

It should be related with host access some way. Email me the links and access to have a look.
