Looks BS is a dying product given the amount of activity on the forums and the lack of support. Is this true?

If it was true you woudln't get an answer.  I told you in another thread to use the email for support, you can't posts details in a public forum. My PM is full with all kind of stuff and spam and is not a reliable way for contact. The support email is listed on all our sites our sites, including BS, and that is support@halfagain.com.
