Other than being tailored for wordpress, what is the main difference between these 2 products?  SS was a bit glitchy in how it brought back and dispayed content and required a lot of customization to make it look like a webstore.  Has this been resolved in Blogprofitz?

There is not really other difference then BP is based on wordpress blogs, but that is a major one.

SS is a standalone script, with own engine, templates, etc, very powerful but yet not fit everybody. Some people complained they can not understand how to install or use it, they do not know how to edit templates. BP works with wordpress blogs, so that leave you complet control on your site. We do not use own templates, own engine. If you can install and manage a wordpress blog, is not much else you need to do with using BP.

However, BP only post on your blogs. If you want to make your blog look like a store, you need to customize your blog. That does not depend on us or our service anymore. We can't make your blog look one way or another, since is your blog. You can use whatever template you like, whatever plugins you like and so on, to make it look how you want. BP will just post on what you have.
